Alongside his wide array of the most advanced gynecological surgeries, Dr. Quartell also maintains an active obstetrics practice with over 30 years of board certification and lifetime fellowship in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.  Throughout his experience, Dr. Quartell has delivered over 5,000 babies at Saint Barnabas Medical Center (SBMC), the Top Hospital in New Jersey as listed by Inside New Jersey Magazine. 

SBMC also has the top Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in the country, providing premature babies with a higher chance of survival and decreased risk of major handicaps and other common complications.  Dr. Quartell has been on the medical staff at SBMC since his residency training in 1973, and works together with a team of specialized nurses and neonatologists to provide the highest quality of care.
