Dr. Quartell’s staff is here to take your calls Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM . For your convenience, both early morning and evening appointments are available.

Insurance

We participate with many insurance plans. We will submit claims on behalf of patients whose plans we accept. All other patients are kindly requested to pay at the time of service. We will gladly provide a form so that they can submit for reimbursement.

Financial Arrangements

Our fees are based upon the type and extent of treatment or surgery that you require. Payment is accepted in the form of cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Financial arrangements will be discussed prior to surgical procedures, and obstetrical services.

We utilize an offsite billing service who will gladly assit with any billing related issues. 2010 818 9118.
