Dr. Koch is a board certified obstetrician/gynecologist who graduated from the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey. He is an attending physician at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ.

Aaron Shinbein, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.
Dr. Shinbein is a board certified physician, whose practice is limited to gynecology. He is a graduate of the Downstate Medical Center School of Medicine in New York. He is an attending physician at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ, who has enjoyed over forty years in medical practice. Throughout his distinguished career he has received numerous awards and certifications.

Thomas DeAngelis, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.
Dr. DeAngelis is a board certified obstetrician/gynecologist who graduated from New York Medical College. He is an attending physician at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ. (973-740-0022)

Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey is a widely respected teaching hospital. Under the direction of James L. Breen, M.D., its Ob/Gyn Residency Program has enjoyed a stellar reputation for over thirty-five years. Drs. Quartell, Koch and DeAngelis are all graduates of this program. Dr. Shinbein was one of their teachers.

Dr. Quartell has an efficient, caring and experienced support staff, comprised of our clinical team of nurses and medical technicians.

Marion Todaro is our RN, with 21 years experience as a warm and caring nurse, who worked for Dr. Quartell for more than 10 years until she left to raise her family. In 2007 Marion returned to our practice and we are fortunate to have her as part of our staff.

Our Medical Technicians inclde Kelly, Grace, Shellon, and Tracy, who have almost 4 years of combined healthcare experience. They provide clinical support to our physician and nurse practitioner, and more support to our patients, who enjoy the personal touch each of our "techs" brings to the job.

Administrative support is provided by Helga, our Benefits Coordinator, who handles benefits, financial, and other business matters, and Donna, our Practice Manager, who oversees it all. Their experience in Healthcare administraton spans four decades.
